"Sorry, I was not impressed with Home Perfect. First, my purchase qualified for free shipping...according to their website and the rep who took my order over the phone. I was later contacted by the same rep and told that my sink was too large....over the maximum size and weight for both FedEx and UPS....and had to be sent via a freight company. Home Perfect offered to absorb some of the freight charge and charged me a mere $130. But when the sink arrived, it had a FedEx ground label on it. I called FedEx and asked how much it cost Home Perfect to ship it to me. It was under $35.00. I was not amused, and had to throw a fit to get a refund. This item still boasts "free shipping" on this item. I wonder how many customers have been scammed by this company.
After we handled the shipping/freight scam, we discovered that the sink had a very noticable flaw. It appeared to be a manufacturing flaw, not damage, but it should have been caught by Home Perfect. They obviously don't check products before they ship them.
At this point, my contractors were here from out of town to do my kitchen renovation and it was critical that the new sink be shipped ASAP. Home Perfect didn't see it that way. They were very difficult and took their sweet time shipping the replacement.
Supposedly, Home Perfect was going to get a return shipping label from the manufacturer since it was a manufacturing flaw, not damage. This label was promised during the first week of April. It is now May 26, and the defective triple sink in it's huge box is still sitting in my newly removated home. I have informed customer service that I am very close to donating the sink to charity, as I am very tired of looking at it in my house.
Heads up....when you call to place an order with Home Perfect, you will speak to a pleasant young lady in the US. If you have problems with that order, you will be insanely frustrated with the accents of the customer service reps in India. And I am not generally opposed to Indian call centers, this particular call center employs reps that are very difficult to understand. You just about have to ask for a supervisor to get help.
All in all, Home Perfect is not so perfect.
Update: In response to my review, Home Perfect claims that my replacement was "issued" the day that I called.....this doesn't mean shipped. And they refused to ship using an expedited method even though my re-model was delayed due to their defective product.
And I have submitted TEN more requests for a return shipping label......no response at all!"
"I ordered 2 Duravit ***-***-**** D-Code Elongated Toilet seat and cover in White Finish. Unfortunately, Duravit ***-***-****, although described on the Home Perfect website as "Elongated", is just a normal, non-elongated toilet seat, so they did not fit my Duravit D-code elongated toilets. So then I had to go through the return process which involves taking photos of their mistake so they can give me authorization to return the wrongly described item. Then wait for 3+ weeks for them to credit my payment. This is the second time I have had this experience with Home Perfect this year. I'm not sure what the problem is because in the past they have been fine, but both orders went awry because the website incorrectly described the items. I think I will not take a chance with them again in spite of the low prices. It doesn't seem worth the time."

From recieving the wrong parts, to mistrust, to not answering my calls, to forwarding me everywhere, to getting my product late, reps being rude on the phone, and having to ship things back and forth and re-explain my situation 100 times. "I had a long saga that came to a relatively happy end. Ordered a Robern medicine cabinet. After a couple of month noticeda chip on the mirror surface. Called Robern and they very quickly shipped a replacement door to me. The door did not fit. After some investigation, it turned out the homeperfect made a mistake and sent me a cheap knockoff rather than a Robern. They admitted their mistake and immediately refunded the price difference. They also worked with the manufacturer to send me a replacement door. After that failed (it's a cheap knockoff after all) homeperfect sent me a Robern free of charge. Bottom line, they certainly screwed up in the beginning but made things right in the end. "
"Atrocious! By all means, stay away from HomePerfect. Pay a little more elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation if there ever is a problem or you may want to return an item. They'll string you along until the cows come home. I spent probably a total of 3-4 hours on the phone, on hold, talking to people who couldn't help, but transferred me to someone who may, only to be on hold for another 20 minutes.

"Don't buy from these crooks. I returned an item and they won't refund my money, it's been almost 6 weeks now. Their return process and paperwork is insane and designed to fail and discourage.
UPDATE: I finally did get a partial refund after lots of phone calls and lots of being 'on hold' but they nailed me again and subtracted a 'shipping fee" ($8.95) although I paid for shipping it back myself. Their return paperwork is a 3 page long Word Document (I'm not kidding!), it's poorly written and full of contradictions. It's either designed to discourage returns or make them fail or it's just very sloppy business practices.

UPDATE: You should all know it helps to write reviews because they now sent me the remaining refund amount which means I finally got a 100% refund and they are begging me to 'amend' my review. I finally got my money back, but I'll never get back the hours of aggravation and energy I wasted on getting it. Never again!

"I ordered 15+ Hansgrohe faucet, shower system, tower bar....etc from homeperfect.com due to their good price.
By the time I order, I have some concerns with their customer service - usually if the price is good, customer service lags.
It turned out it is not the case for home perfect.
Those Faucets...etc arrived on time with no any delays.
When I was about to do the installation, First I found out that Trim Pressure Balance With Diverter missed one screw, then later on tower bar and paper holder missing 2 separate screws too.
So I need 3 different set of screws. The contractor can't continue and finish the work without those as they are special made.
I contacted home perfect customer service (Dick Bond in this case), he was very nice on other end, patiently listening through my issues and quickly follow each cases one by one with manufacturer and provide timely update to me so I can plan the work on my side.
Those missing screws came one after that in 3 different packages, they are exactly the one which I needed.
From my experience, Home perfect not only has competitive prices, it has great customer services too! I will definitely recommend home perfect to my friends and colleagues
