WHEN THEY DID INSTALL THE DOORS, LOWES FORGET TO INCLUDE THE TRIM THEY HAD TO COME BACK AGAIN."

Communicate better with your 3rd parties and don't leave your customer unsatisfied or without their purchase. How about offering them a better deal on something similar or a 50% of coupon? This first customer will not be coming back."

"Price for our sink was about $80 cheaper than closest competitor. That's the good news. Bad news was that my sink arrived from Blanco at HomePerfect broken and I was not informed. In fact, I called their customer service line twice and was informed that they were in the process of shipping the sink to me and was it due to arrive at my granite installer in three days. I then engaged their customer service using the "chat" function and was only then given the bad news that the sink was not only broken but a replacement would not arrive for nearly a month. I asked for my money to be returned and it was credited to my account immediately (good service there.) My next stop was Amazon. Yes, it was available at other websites for less money but I've never been disappointed with Amazon. I paid nearly $80 more but my sink arrived in three days after I ordered it in fine condition. Sometimes, you get what you pay for."
