"We were looking for a particular Toto bidet toilet seat but everywhere we turned the price was just down in the toilet. I was somehow steered toward Home Perfect and was amazed at their price and delivery options compared to the big "A" online store. We flushed about $100 off the price, shipping was free and it only took about four business days to get here. As far as the Toto goes, we'll it's a Toto and I knew what to expect there. "
"Item still states it ships in 2 to 3 weeks, After 1 week, I received a notice that it was back ordered with delivery 3 to 4 weeks. No option presented at that time for me to cancel the order. Currently starting the 3rd week of waiting. Fortunately the charge is on my credit card so payment will not be late. I don't see me ordering from Home Perfect again. I don't know why I was asked to review this supplier under these circumstances."
"I've used Home Perfect for plumbing products on two remodels and have really been happy with the experience. Certainly, the prices were among the best I could find and they shipped my products quickly. And yes, they have a great selection of products from many well known brands. But, the reason I will keep coming back is because of the great support and outstanding responsiveness to my needs when I had an experience when things weren't "perfect". Through no fault of Home Perfect I received a sink with a chip in the surface. The sink was well packaged and the chip was obviously due to a manufacturing defect. I was concerned as the project was scheduled and I needed a replacement sink right away in order not to fall behind. Home Perfect had me send a photo via email and before I knew it they had a replacement on the way. The replacement arrived in perfect condition earlier than they promised. They will forever have me as a customer due to their support and helpfulness."

"I ordered a semi-flush light fixture for my master bedroom through the website and I must say, the entire process was very smooth. Creating a new account was a breeze, and even applying an online coupon code was easy. No hassles.
I completed my transaction and the item was shipped the same day or the next day! After a few days, my order still showed as "Processing" on the website, so I initiated an online customer chat with a customer representative, inquiring about the status of my order.
The customer representative was very helpful and immediately was able to pull up a FedEx tracking number for my order. My item was set to arrive tomorrow! :)
Overall, the site was easy to navigate and the prices are some of the lowest prices online! The customer service was prompt and responsive.

"I was in the market for a special order bathtub, and saw that Home Perfect sold the one I had been looking for...at a great price, too! I reached out to sales manager Christy Landry and she was extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question, she was prompt to reply. The tub arrived within the promised time (actually a couple of days early!) and it was well crated for protection and delivered to my home within the window of time promised by the shipping company. Overall, a great experience."
