Nine days after I placed the order, I logged into my account to check the status of my order and it was still pending. I called customer service a late Friday afternoon to ask what's the delay and they told me the pump wasn't in stock and that I should get it in 2 to 3 weeks. I needed it ASAP and I was annoyed that the system never told me it was out of stock upon placing my order. Monday morning I shopped around again and was just about ready to place a new order with a different company when I double checked this order and learned it was being processed. It was shipped Tuesday and I got it via FedEx on Wednesday.
If items are in stock, it appears that shipping is fast, but if it's not in stock, it would be nice to be informed so that I can decide whether I want to proceed, order something different, or shop elsewhere."

After 4 days, I received an email stating the product was backordered and it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Whoa. What happened to 3 to 5 days? I wasted those 4 days waiting on them when I could have just ordered it elsewhere and had it already. Very frustrating. "
