"Horrible, horrible service. Technical Support is open minimal hours (especially if you don't live on the west coast) and no weekends. And even then you end up sitting on hold for at least 20 minutes. Our security system stopped working and after dozens of attempts to get a hold of technical support, we were advised that we could pay to ship it back and wait for a 14 day turnaround time (not even for a new one - for them to 'reprogram' our old one!). Or send it back and be stuck with a 20% restocking fee. What company doesn't offer some kind of better return system for a product that is defective?? They claim its because they can't resell it once it's been used. How is this the consumer's problem? Take responsibility for faulty products and treat your customers with the respect they deserve. Definitely not worth any good deals you might get on their website"
