"It was good. The instructions for adjustment are not too clear, and the drawings in it are very confusing. I ended up having to do without it, and did it by trail and error. A lot of frustration. Once it works, it's fine so far. We'll see how long can it hold up."

The customer supprt is horrible, I'm trying to return the replacement, which was a remanufactured lock, that they sent and have been on the phone over 2 hours waiting for a RMA number. It took them over 4 weeks to replace the first one. The shipping is not quick and just to talk to someone is worth paying more someplace else."

Very few false alarms. When a fedx, ups, mailman, deliveryman or anyone makes a delivery the alarm let's me know. Am happy with the product."

"Terrible customer experience. The order processing department refused to ship my order because I had a different billing and shipping address. I received an email instructing me to authorize the shipping address on file with my credit card provider. After doing so, I called in to update the processing department and they still wouldn't ship my order. I'm not sure why wasted my time... After trying to explain that my shipping address has been verified by my bank, the lady I spoke with was both rude and incompetent. I would only use Home Security Store as a last resort... Buyers beware!"
