"Very good experience. I must live really close to the distribution center as I got my product the next day even though I used UPS ground. The only strange thing is I ordered 2 batteries of the same type but I got 2 different brands with 2 different Ah - 4Ah and 5Ah. Online description says both Ah will work but it's just weird to get 2 different ones. Both works fine so no issues."

"Did my research and picked Home Security Store because it said it gave customer support. The price was the same overall for another online store (although they claimed they would send a set-up DVD with a purchase), but I thought support was more important then a DVD. I have sent two emails for two different issues to their customer service address and haven't received an answer for either. Can't call during the day because I work, so the emails were necessary. Looks like I got faked out with their customer service claim. I would have to say that I wouldn't take that into account if you are trying to decide which company to buy from. As long as you don't have any questions, their price is competative."
