They were extremely curtious on the phone which they answer promptly. My order, a tall pub table, was shipped and delivered promptly. There was a problem with one of the legs (Manufacturer defect) and they have ordered a new one for me. I have received e-mail updates as to the status of the replacement each step of the way. I would definately order from Homelement.com again and would highly recommend them as a reputable online seller."
