The product was an Avenger Dual Reclining Sofa and Avenger Dual Reclining Console Sofa (tobacco/coffee colored). I have never ordered furniture before without actually seeing it and was a bit worried about color, quality and if it will be shipped undamaged. Well all was well and the color was exactly as pictured. No problems experienced with shipping - and it did travel a long way to get to me in Canada. It took 3 of us the hold parts up while others screwed things together, etc. But it wasn't that difficult. It is sturdy and pretty and the price was so much better than you get in stores. "I had a horrible experience! Never order from these people. I placed my order for a corner white desk. First of all it was late from the manufacturer and shipped late. Secondly once I got the order the desk wasn't even white in color. It was a light yellow or off-white. I ordered the desk specifically because it was supposed to be white and all pictures showed it was white. When I made a claim they totally blew me off saying I should have ordered a color swatch or realized that it may not be white when the desk pictures on their website and description said the desk was white. They offered nothing except to constantly restate their return policy which is to pay all shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I would have understood their return policy if I had received what I thought I ordered. What a total waste of time and money. Never again!"
