The previous 2 months I was having bad experiences with online dealers, when I found Home Element I immediatly called to confirm availability. Customer service was very friendly, helpful & professional. They shipped my order that day, by the next day I had tracking number and watched it arrive ahead of schedule! Four days to my door! "I had been searching for some time for a small dining table in a plain but solid style. I found it at Homelement, much cheaper than anywhere else. It is well-constructed of solid wood, with an excellent finish. On its first shipment, the table arrived with one corner crushed (probably been dropped on that corner). I phoned Homelement and they immediately shipped another table which arrived in perfect condition. They did not want the first table back; I donated it to a local charity.

The plywood backing on my dresser had come loose in certain areas. I contacted the same customer rep. who asked me to send in pictures. They responded within 1 business day and took care of the problem.
