Finding filters for oldie but goodie

"The first air purifier I bought (not Honeywell) got discarded when the company left town in the middle of the night, so no replacement filters were available. Because Honeywell has been around for so long, I bought my next unit from them. I am a loyal customer now because they still offer replacement filters for a until that is no longer available but still works well. That brings me back to Honeywell! Thank you."

Better than home depot

"Went to home depot they are out of that filter, they are always out talked to one of the floor people who advised me that there were 6 ordered and they would be on the floor Tues morning and would be gone by Tuesday night, why don't they order more, seems this is the story every time I am looking for filters "

Could have been better

"I just bought a replacement remote because the one I have stopped working. It's an LCD digital for ceiling fan model 40013. I'm not certain that I needed it replaced, possibly it could be repaired? Because nobody was available to answer any of my technical questions, I was forced to buy a new one. I would have liked to had the option to send this one back in exchange for a new or refurbished one. However, there's nobody to talk to."
