"I ordered online the pre-filter and 3 regular filters. They sent me the wrong pre-filter. I called several times. We would miss each other. Then I called Honeywell..of course they could not help me. So I had to order the whole 4 filters as I could see where I could buy the pre-filter only for my HPA 300.
Booklet is not clear how to order only the pre-filter. I will eventually use the other filters but this could be made much more clear...re phone numbers and nos. for the prefilters. Thank you."
