"Three of the five programable wall switch timers I ordered were on backorder and the Honeywell Store e-mailed and telephoned to inform me of such. I received the first two within 5 business days and have installed them following the very clear directions. They were very easy to install and appear to be functioning as advertised. I would definitely recommend the Honeywell timer over another brand I have used before (constantly had to replace batteries in that timer). So far I am very satisfied with the Honeywell product and would order again from the Honeywell Store. If my backordered timers arrive in reasonable amount of time my experience with the Honeywell Store will have been nothing but a positive one."
