In reply to Honeywell's reply: we spoke on the phone only AFTER I wrote this review. At that time you said you email customers when shipment is further delayed. As I said, I was never emailed. So I will wait until the 2nd (delayed) ship date you gave me (on the phone, 11/16) and see if it gets shipped then. And you still haven't answered the first email I sent."
