"The safe I originally ordered was defective, it took a little while to get through to customer service but a supervisor got back to me personally and stayed in contact with me until we resolved the issue and got me a replacement ordered. She provided me very good customer service and was very friendly. I have yet to receive the new safe ( being shipped from manufacturer ) so a product review is yet to come. As far as customer service I am very happy with Honeywell Store and would order from them again in the future."

Ordered item which was noted as "in stock"; received shipping notice, and THEN received backorder notice. Originally ordered item with overnight shipping due to immediate need. Item not shipped until over 2 weeks later.
