"the screen I ordered did not power up in the laptop when I installed it. So I removed it and put the old broken screen back in (its still partially working).
I tried to get an RMA to return the part several times through email and the phone but could not. No one answered or returned my emails.
Basically the money for this is gone. Don't waste time or your money with this company. "

"Earlier today i was disappointed. I had an order for 3 things - keyboard, battery and ac adapter for my laptop. They've just send me the ac adapter, no battery and keyboard. I've called about 20 times now and since im not american it costed a lot.. maybe 1/5 or 1/4th of the whole order and the only thing i got from it was that i was transfered to voice mail which was full and i couldn't even tell the voice mail about my issue. I send them emails but no respond until now.
P.S The AC Adapter that i received looks and works very good for now

I finally succeeded to call them, the operator was very kind and explained to me that the second part of the order was shipped from China while the first was shipped form Germany and the second part of the package is still in customs."
"I URGE ANYONE who hasn't received a replacement or resolution from Hootoo.com to contact the Better Business Bureau - http://www.bbb.org/. Filing a complaint only takes a few minutes.
I found HooToo after a brief search for an Asus 8.9" replacement screen. I was satisfied with the turnaround time of my order and received the screen shortly thereafter, but it arrived bent at the bottom which caused the lcd screen to crack. The screen was packaged well, but the box might have been crushed from the top down during shipment.
I requested an RMA for a replacement screen the same day the package arrived (3/7), but haven't heard anything about my request. After reading other reviews of HooToo's customer service, I am afraid that this situation will become a much bigger headache than it is worth.

still haven't heard from anyone at Hootoo about returning this broken screen for a replacement. as far as i'm concerned, this company has terrible customer service and has been completely unresponsive to my queries concerning the screen.

I has been over 1 month since I received the damaged screen, and I have yet to hear from anyone at Hootoo.com.Please avoid this website at all costs.
They finally responded to one of my emails, asking for information that I have given in every message I've sent to them over the last month. But even now, I'm still awaiting a response from them to let me know what is going to be done about a refund. "
"HooToo is selling counterfeit "Motorola" S9-HD Stereo Bluetooth Headsets!
I ordered a S9-HD Stereo Bluetooth Headset and the item I received was a replacement i.e. not an original Motorola item despite there misleading advertisement.
What they send you is a cheap copy. It has no Motorola markings on it, the charger or the manual and dose not sound any were near as good as the original.
Distortion on left channel and the right hand speaker is coming apart. The right hand channel was much quieter. Also it did not sync properly with my other Bluetooth Motorola devices. Some times the signal broke up even over very short distances e.g. 30-50cm.

I have emailed the company twice to get a Return Authorization Number so I can get a refund and have heard nothing back from them at all. They only give you 30 days to return it for refund and it appears they have no intention of responding so I can get my refund. "Ordered a Laptop Battery on the 17th of February. It is now the 25ht and there is absolutely no sign of the battery. I have tried calling for 3 days and left a couple of voice mails. Tried calling again today but mailbox if full. I sent an email telling them that if they did not contact me soon I would contact the FBI to have them investigate for Interstate Fraud.

"Very poor experience. Ordered a replacement laptop adapter, the part arrived but did not match my order. After several emails the customer service representative maintained that the right product had been shipped and I would need to pay reshipping to get the right part shipped.
At this stage it was a month after my initial order so decided to try and sell on the incorrect adapter and purchase the replacement from a different vendor. Will definitely never shop at hootoo.com again."
"I Ordered a laptop battery for my Gateway Computer. Three days later it arrived but I was shocked to see it was shipped in a Fedex shipping BAG which provides NO protection to the Plastic cased Battery what so ever. I then opened the bag and my fears were confirmed. The plastic case around the power connector was damaged to the point where the battery was not usable. Yes, ok I know the rugged handling and damage in shipment is not a direct fault of hoo toos BUT the packaging is. Very dissapointed
I then picked up the phone and called HooToo customer service.
A lady answered the phone, I explained everything and she said to go online and fill out a RMA form. I asked if I can Just verbally just take care of this on the phone she relied no. Hmm OK. so I went online and submitted The RMA asking that I needed an exchange. A fews days later after NO reply I called customer
service again but this time I got a recorded messege asking to leave a message and they will respond within 72 hrs. But then another message said the phone mailbox was full. I then Emailed customer service explaing the whole thing with order numbers etc and still got no response. I tried the phone again with full mailbox message again. NOW 3 weeks later I FAXED the letter that I originally emailed and STILL no Reply. SO now that it is PAST and or at the 30 day RMA cut off limit I have come to realize that I am stuck with this so I went on line and ordered another battery from Amazon for about the same price and 2 days later recieved the battery in a WELL packaged Bubble wrapped BOX in a BOX. and I am Now Happy. I never write a review with places I buy from on line BUT I must warn about this place. Did HooToo ship the item quickly, YES. But there is no customer support in case there is a problem. I tried phone, email, fax and I could not get customer support. Unbeleivable.
I am very easy going person but I did not deserve this. By the way I noticed the battery was Drop shipped from China even though HOOTOO is in CA. Very Bad Experiance I am Not Happy."
"Do not order through this company. I ordered a replacement laptop battery for my daughters Toshiba Satellite PC. I ordered the correct part but received another part number that was not compatible with my PC. I followed the RMA steps on the website and sent an e-mail telling them that the wrong battery was sent and I needed to return it for the correct one. I also expressed interest in a replacement charger. I received a reply telling me how nice the replacement charger is and telling me to order it on a new order. They did not address the fact that the battery I was shipped was not correct and I needed an RMA. I called 4 times over the course of a week referencing my order number and contact information (Both e-mail and phone). I received no reply. I e-mailed the Customer Service Department 4 times and received no reply. Finally I sent the battery back using the Return Shipping label that was sent with the original order. I e-mailed to let them know that the battery was coming back and asked that they advise me if they are going to replace it with the correct one or refund my money. Still no response (It has been a week). Based on my experience to date I can tell you that this company is a fraud.
