"A friend asked where to order a laptop AC adapter and I made the mistake of sending him a link to HOOTOO. He placed the order on April 4th 2012 and he never heard anything from them. I contacted the company via chat (THEY HAVE NO PHONE)!! on April 10th and JC said the item was not in stock (Showed it was when ordered) and there was no ETA so he would cancel the order and refund the $$. Said he would receive it within 3 to 5 days. Today is April 17 and he still has no refund and has NOT been contacted at ALL!! This company is a complete SCAM!!"

"NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE! They Dont even answer their phone when you need customer service !!! I Ordered a laptop battery, they sent out a bad battery. I tryied to call them to find out what i should do , no communication, Then I email customer service, who was out of town for a week, i waited , she did get back to me, sent me out a teturn lable and i told her i got a battery already and wanted a refund. I couldnt wait for them to answer the phone. So i think that i will be getting my refund !!NO WAY they sent out another battery, but it was the wrong battery. Now a month and a half later still no refund and even this i have e mail called and told them i was gona complain to BBB still no responce... Do not SHOP HERE , Who can i go to to close this company down."

"Horrible experience!!!!! I ordered an LCD screen and almost 2 weeks later I come to find out its not in stock and my order was already processed and my card was charged. I was not told this, I had to make several calls to the company to be finally told that there was none in stock and I should not have been charged. Now that I'm requesting a refund I get several different people telling me different things. The first guy told me I should hopefully get it soon! and then I called back and the lady told me 3-5 business days! The employees are VERY unprofessional and they're answering system just hangs up on you sometimes! Terrible experience, try to stay away if possible."

"My first (and possibly last) experience with HooToo was not a good one. I am quite lucky that I decided to call HooToo to see when I should be expecting my package in the mail. When I asked the customer service representative when I should expect to receive the package, kidding around she said "never." Then she proceeded to look up the order information and finally came back on the phone only to tell me that the item I had already ordered and paid for was out of stock!! I find it to be rediculous that an item on the HooToo website can say it's in stock even though it is not! When explaining this to the customer service representative, she told me that the inverntory is not updated in "live time" on the website. No professional company functions like that! I was refunded my money, but I could not have back the time I wasted ordering and waiting for the item."
