"shipped free. shipped quickly by federal express 1/4 the price of viper web price. in original packaging not opened. same exact remote as the one that came with viper alarm bought and installed by best buys. quite a bargain in todays failing economy that may have left you flat (viper has only full priced replacements which could have cost you over eighty bucks!). the only hardship is that this remote does not control the security unit or do anything without apparently taking it to a qualified viper installer for programming. "I ordered a Pioneer VSX-920 receiver from HookedOnTronics because they had the best price I could find. The order was shipped on June 1, which is reasonable, but the receiver box was packed very loosely in a larger box. It would probably have been better to just ship the receiver box by itself. Another thing that was odd was that the UPC sticker on the receiver box seems to have been peeled off. It was a satisfactory experience overall."
