Update: I was contacted by seller to remove my review due to the honest expression of my experience for a 5% discount. I refused and was then offered a 10% discount. I again refused as I wanted others to know I would never order from this company nor advise anyone else to because the only way to contact customer service was via email. There are no phone numbers listed on their website and emails are impersonal for the dollar amount spent.

At 12:48 PM on March 24, 2010 a representative by the name of Trey from HookedOnTronics called and offered a 5% refund to update my review to be more positive. When I refused to change my review he transferred me to his supervisor, Tanya. She proceeded to increase the offer from 5% to 10% and requested I update my review to be more positive. When I again refused she requested I remove my review entirely. I again refused. She then told me to call her back should I wish to change my mind. The call lasted for 36 minutes.
