"I received notification that my order was ready for pick-up. When I got to the dealership, no one was manning the service desk. In the room to the left there was a man at a desk who saw me standing there but did not acknowledge me or alert the other workers he was talking to. I could not see the other two employees. After waiting about 5 minutes, most of which I was staring directly at the guy who would glance towards me and then away, someone else finally came to the desk and asked to help me. After waiting for him to find my order, he finally said that it had not been pulled. He left to get the order together. So I was left alone again staring it the guy in the other room, who I believe someone called Chris, who still ignored me. Another employee walked by asking if I had been helped, I told him I thoughts so...my online order was not ready when I received a message that it was. What should have been an in-and-out pick-up my prepaid online order, turned into about a 20 minute wait and no one around to tell I had to take my kid who was waiting in the car to band practice. And another week before I could bet back my to pick up my order. "

"I placed a couple of online orders to be shipped. One contained liquids and I was sent an email a couple of days later stating "no liquids can be shipped". Nothing more was said about the other items in the order so I emailed back asking about the other items. A reply took nearly 24 hrs and I was told the entire order would be cancelled and I would have to reorder the items that were not liquids. If you can't ship liquids, then you should state that during the purchasing process and not allow me to checkout choosing shipping as an option.
Also, I think the shipping is slow as was the email correspondence concerning my order with the shipping. "
