"After seeing all the negative reviews I'm thinking I might just be getting lucky, but every single one of my orders starting back in 2009 were shipped same or next day, nothing missing or broken. Something was back ordered once, but I received an email a few hours after ordering informing me of the back order and asking how I wanted to proceed. Another time, I was charged too much shipping for something that had shipped flat rate, within 1 email I was refunded the difference. I have even quoted the exact box sizes and weights after getting them and got the same shipping cost, so I don't think the shipping is over priced either. Is everyone talking about the right merchant here?
