"We ordered, we received in excellent condition, fits great. Only two issues: we didn't measure the distance between the lock-straps on our old cover and the new one (didn't think it was necessary) - yours are differently-spaced. Not a serious problem, although I did have to drill new holes into the spa cover-boards to install the 'retainers' for your new lock-down straps in our spa cover-insulator. Also, we immediately discovered there were no 'lift-straps' on the sides of the new cover which were already installed on the previous cover (they're the straps you lift the cover up from the sides). Those would have been nice. Perhaps in your newer models, you can include those? We love the color - looks great over our 'Galaxy Green' spa. "

"I use Hot Tub Works all the time and get great service. However, this time was sub par. My reason for this is after placing my order, there was a delay in shipping. I contacted customer service and was told it was on backorder. My disappointment lies in the fact that I had to call and ask. I believe that they should have notified me without my asking, automatically, even if they were still well within their "usually ships in" time frame."
