However, I did find a small tear on the vinyl liner on the water facing surface after I had installed the cover. I repaired it myself and feel that it will most likely be fine. I will continue to watch the patch I applied going forward.

There was no damage to the shipping box, but since this was on the interior surface, it would have been shipped that way from the manufacturer.

This tear was about an inch long and almost impossible to see. These things happen, but again, I am very pleased with the product I ordered.

"I was told I would get a call before the cover was dropped off. I did not get a call so I was not available at the delivery site and could not notify anyone to let them know how to inspect the cover when it was delivered. Fortunately there was no damage but if there would have been we would have had a big problem which could have been avoided had I got the call I was promised."

"my cover just got here friday .it sat on raodways dock in salt lake city for almost a week and they were too stupid to try delivery .they called and didnt get an answer so they didnt put it on the truck. .cover arrived in good condition, I would switch carriers if that is the best they can do.I had to track it myself and then it was quicker for me to call the terminal then it was for the customer service number to transfer me. I asked on wednesday that they have NPT deliver it thursday and they refused to interline it . then told me it would be here between 11-2:00 called at 1pm and the driver was just leaveing kamas ,ut .. didnt deliver till 4pm .I waited at the house for a week for this and wasted a lot of time for theses union pukes!!! switch carriers . I will not reorder for this reason alone!!took a month to get here ....really??I should get an ipad mini for the trouble I had to go thru"
