Not only did I incurr additional expense from handeling but I lost a week, plus this cost me a buyer when trying to sell my house. I would have gladly paid the extra amount for that union with the package. Next, the plumbing assembly from the flow-thru heating tube to the wet end of the pump leaks. Customer service was helpful and in the process of sending me a new one. This has not arrived yet though."
