"I have only had the cover for a few days, so I cannot yet rate how well the cover holds up through the years. The cover itself looks to be very good and it fits well on my old hot tub. The only trouble I had, was with the delivery. Although it was not entirely the shipping company's fault. My house is on a very narrow street and does not accommodate semi's with tractor trailers. I therefore had to meet the deliverer down the block where we transferred the package to my pickup, in the middle of the street. Additionally, the cardboard box had a hole in it, so prior to acceptance we had to open the box in the street for inspection. Luckily, there was no damage to the cover itself and no other vehicles needed to drive through at the time. The driver was very helpful and cordial in our transaction, which made this a somewhat smaller irritant than what I was expecting. This is the only reason I did not rate the 'overall' satisfaction with 5 stars, to what looks like a very satisfactory product itself."

"I purchase a hot tub cover based on the brand and model feature that the web site allowed me to select. When the cover arrived the length and width were switched. Spent a day moving the cover flip bar to the oppisite sides of my hot tub. This left holes in the side panels where the flip bar use to be located. Cover is fine but if your going to offer a cover pre-measured based on the model it should open and close the same way as the factory cover did. Frustrating!"

"We ordered a new hot tub cover in May, but there were some issues. It is now October and the issues still have not been resolved. I would not do business with this company again.
I had previously ordered spa chemicals from Hot Tub Works and found that the pricing and service were good. Based on that experience, I decided to order a spa cover. I have regretted that decision ever since."
