"We are very satisfied with our hot tub cover and the communications from Hot Tub Works; however, the delivery company NEVER did call us to set up a delivery time. When I called customer service at HTW, they said they showed a call had been made on 10/10, but that never happened. I was given the number to call ESTES trucking and called them. They connected me to the local terminal. It was then I was told that the delivery was scheduled for yesterday 10/15 between 1 and 2 pm. If I had not contacted the delivery company myself, I don't know if we would have gotten the cover or not. It wasn't that big or heavy. Couldn't UPS have delivered it?"
