"The cover I received does not meet my needs. Cover needs a 6 inch skirt and 8 inch straps for tie down. I spoke with the sales person and offered to send a picture of my hot tub during the ordering processes. They declined. I now have to order another cover. I spoke with Nick and he will not take back the original cover. I am now out another $150. Not a good experience. This would have been a lot smoother if they would have accepted the picture and made an appropriate recommendation prior to taking my order. The product itself is just fine. It is well made and very effective."
