"The hot tub cover is of superior quality and is very well made. I measured our hot tub per your instructions, but found the cover to be too "tight." I went out to some other sites and they suggested adding 2" to each side when measuring. I wish I had known to do that.

We were then contacted by a delivery service to deliver a cover to a Lisa Manley at Saddlebrook. I refused to schedule the delivery because that was not my name or address. I contacted customer svc. who said they would check into it and call back. They did not. Then I received an email requesting that I provide a good number to call since no one can get ahold of me. I explained the situation again, emphasizing that I had provided a good number. After another day, I received an email saying the mix-up had been taken care of, the cover was on the way and I would be contacted to schedule delivery by the following Monday. The delivery service did not call ahead to schedule the delivery. We were fortunate that we were at home when they arrived. They called us from the end of our driveway, which is about 1/4 mile long, and asked that we meet them and haul the cover to the house ourselves. After the mix up with our order, and your email to expect a call to schedule delivery, we were disappointed in the service. However, because of the quality of the cover, I would recommend your service to friends with the caveats for measuring and to expect mix-ups in delivery."
