"HTW did everything they said they'd do to get me a new hot tub cover. They got the order and processed it in a timely manner. They notified me when it was about to be shipped (well ahead of the original estimate). They had it delivered on time. The box the cover came in had some minor damage, so I opened it before signing the ticket. There was no damage to the cover itself. That evening I completely unpacked the cover and put it on my hot tub. Fit perfectly. Installed the new locks and I've been a very happy camper since. HTW delivers on their work and their promises. Given what I've seen so far, I don't expect any warranty issues... but I'm certain they'll deliver on those promises if called upon. Good job, folks at HTW!"

"The hot tub cover fit well and appears to be good quality - time will tell. We also ordered a cover cap but were not aware that they are each custom made and not returnable. The cover cap is not designed to fit over the cover and lift, which seams to defeat part of the convenience and effectiveness. Wish the cover cap was a little larger to incorporate the lift, as a result I do not think it will last."

"After visiting numerous sites online for info on replacement hot tub covers, I am very happy that I chose Hot Tub Works. I am not keen on internet ordering because I like to see things first, especially for something big like this. Your professional and instructional website and customer reviews convinced me to take a chance on ordering it myself, rather than have a repair man take care of it. I did make 2 calls to customer service for advice on dealing with rail measurements vs your accurate to within 1-inch statement, and they either didn't know what I was talking about or hesitated to make a recommendation. I chose to add a half inch to each exact rail measurement to make sure the skirt would lay flat, and the cover is exactly as ordered. Your emails on the progress of my order were appreciated. I have to admit I was a bit dismayed to see "Made in Mexico" when it arrived since I try to support American manufacturing, but that said, it is certainly a quality product and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to doing further business with HTW. My hot tub is 20 years old and not a brand that can be found today. I will be ordering replacement filters next, and a quick look at that part of your website makes me think that I can find the right one and not have to worry about a return.
