"The overall quality of these covers is good. All of the materials are of premium quality. The stitching is meticulous and neatly done, with attention to detail. The extra touches and insulation are very well executed. The only problem is with the clasps. They are difficult to open and close. They do not snap all the way in without much force. Alignment must be perfect otherwise there are problems.Shipping was flawless. I am considering returning the product."

"Dissatisfied with the way they did not allow the changes that their website indicated you could order. They built to their basic 'skirt length" and "strap length", without accounting for any of the customers alternative requirements as allowed by their website.

We requestested only 2 straps, but they gave us their basic configuration. Did not allow for a modification in thier comments section.

I would like to add additional comments if this website will not cut me off again.

They also seem to provide a very Quality product, when I compare it to the previous cover that was procured from another vendor.

As I mentiontioned the product seemed to be of quality and was the proper configuration for our Jacuzzi spa. The delivery was very timely and it was shipped from Mexico without any damage.

They did try to accomadate us with some other strapping when the original indicated it was not working."
