"Going by the title on the page and the picture, I placed my order. But the SKU# for the item was wrong apparently and I was sent the adaptor piece that was minus the damper. I called and explained the mistake on the web page and was told that if I cancelled it and sent it back it would cost me the shipping and if I wanted the correct part then it could be up to a month to get it, once I'd sent them pictures to prove it. So I'll go to Home Depot and buy a damper and installed it myself."

However, the images are misleading. A full size 12x12 piece is shown in the description. I thought I was paying for a full size sheet. However, when scrolling through the images you see a carded sample of 6 tiles.
What I received is 4 tiles for close to the price of a full sheet. Had I have known I would not have invested into this very minimal sample for the price.
