I received the product at home and got another email two days later that my product just arrived. I thought I had gotten two and verified I did not. Otherwise the product is nice. I hung it up immediately. Looks great."
"I was concerned the Blackout curtains I ordered would be too dark in color (brown) and wouldn't go well but after receiving them and seeing the texture and weaved color linen look, they are very nice. Especially LOVE that they knock out all the shining driveway lights from the neighbor above us! YAY!"

1 which was my range hood and it looks amazing. It came with no issues. The other piece was a sink that came in pieces. It was destroyed. However I messaged Houzz using their "refund" form that was conveniently placed on the order page. I uploaded a picture and within the hour someone messaged me confirming my refund. Super simple.
Only improvement would have been a reshipping of the sink but I didn't ask for that as time was against me. "

"Tried to order Vanity several times, website not functioning. Customer assistance helped with order; but, now price increased $80. Supervisor processed reimbursement. Vanity delivered. Houzz faulty website made it very difficult to do business. We have since purchased the faucet for the vanity and await it’s arrival."
"They sent me the wrong chairs and expected me to physically take them to the UPS store before they would send the items I ordered. It was awful. I had to haul them to the UPS STORE weighing 35 lbs each. I had to take two trips to my car and bring them in one at a time. And had to struggle getting them through 2 doors as well as putting them in and out of my car. I can understand if it was my fault. But, they sent the wrong items. The customer support girl Aileen was nice that's why I'm giving it two stars"
