"I bought my computer to do mainly 3D work and the like so I was very concerned about it being:
1. stable
2. a performance machine
3. upgradable
Because I planned on using this machine to make pro level art, I wanted something SERIOUS. So, I looked at the competition (Alienware, Voodoo, Falcon NW and Micro Velocity) and all made great boxes. I found the salesman at Voodoo to be pushy and not explain things well and most of the others did not have quite the same level of options that Hypersonic did. Not to mention that Hypersonic offered very competitive prices (for the boutique computer market.) The salespeople at Hypersonic (Paul and Mike) were very knowledgable, explained complicated issues from many angles and honest in terms of what would be my best options for my needs. I must say that I really put their patience to the test as I changed my order three times before it got off the assembly line. Each time I called Paul or Mike were very gracious and accommodated me well. So A+++ for sales support. Now that I've got the rig I can't stop using it. The performance jumps in 3D studio Max are ungodly, I'm not sure if I'll ever see the ceiling of this beast. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer and plan on purchasing my next computer from Hypersonic (if I ever need another one!)"

"holy laptop, batman. i just got my sonic aviator laptop & it's totally dope. i couldn't get it out of the box fast enuf. then when i opened the HOT red case and fired it up, i was in another world. this thing is faster than a speeding bullet. when i decided to gets me a laptop, i thought i'd be sacrificing speed for mobility--but hey, i can't be luggin my big box to class, and it's kinda a pain to bring it to LAN parties (i've been told i'm lazy-once or twice). neway, i loaded up counterstrike with the quickness, and ran it.--it ran CS at 1600 resolution LIQUID SMOOTH. hells yeah--this is where it's at. to be a total male pig for a minute, this aviator is everything you look for in a girl--beautiful and fast. sorry to offend any of the ladies out there. but neway, speaking of the ladies--this thing is a cutie magnet! i took it to class for the first time and bam! the ladies were all over it. they were all like, "oooh, it's so pretty and sparkly!" they all wanted to try it and touch it... they were totally buggin. evry1 thinks the paint is fantabulous (so do i). it's really hi-glossified--it's bling for your desk. and it's so fly that they match any car color u want--the metallic red was a perfect match to my acura. oh, and the fact that it's awesome at DV makes my parents (who paid 4 it) happy--b/c it's totally perfecto for school. (i'ze a computer graphix major). one of my prof's was so impressed with it, he's gonna order one. (or maybe he was just so impressed with all the attention i was gettin from the ladies-haha). neway, the machine is perfect. i love it. the ladies love it. my parents love it. my prof loves it. there's all kindsa love floatin around this thing. beautiful and fast. yeah. i knew those boys at hypersonic wouldn't let me down. their game is tight."

"I just bought my second system from Hypersonic, this one a laptop. Unlike previous reviewers, I have had a great experience with Hypersonic's customer support, and with James in particular (I also have a favorable opinion of Adam Benjamin in sales). I agree that their website isn't helpful when looking for the status of an order/repair, but it's not a big deal when tech support answers the phone before it rings twice and will then tell you everything you want to know.

That said, with status updates, Hypersonic is reactive. You have to call them; they won't call you or e-mail you. Having read many of the other reviews, it seems that making service a little more proactive would go a LONG way towards satisfying people.

No matter big the inconvenience they might cause, you get an answer eventually - and it's an answer from someone who knows what he's talking about. They aren't playing guessing games @ Hypersonic. That beats trying to explain your problem to someone in India who is merely reading from a manual - anyday.

Despite some minor shortcomings, I continue to recommend Hypersonic."

"Having heard about Hypersonic systems in magazine review as well as online i descided to give them a call and talk abour a system that I configured online. The representative was extremely knowlegable about all of the components and requirements I was looking for. Fourteen days later a package showed up at the door. Right when promised. Openening the package I found it was packed EXREMELY Well...double boxed, in fact. I pulled out this awesone aluminum and blue plex computer that made everyone at my work just come over and admire. i couldn't stand waitting all day before I could play with it. You see, i had it delivered to my workplace. My boss let me leave early and I drove strait home with delusions of grandure running through my head about how fast it would render animation & how many pixels ot was gonna push in Max Pyne. I got everything hooked up and I opened the plexiglass bezel to push the power button.....nothing happened. I went straight into panic mode thinking something must have got damaged durring shipping. But after about a hafl an hour I realized there was a power switch on the back. I turned it on & pushed the power button....the machine sparked to life with no hesitation as a killer looking blue LED power light in the Cooler Master ATC 210-Blue case confirming the fact that I was abour to do some serious comouting. Windows XP Prosfessional Edition came to the screen & after about an hour of installig games and programs, I got into Max Payne...tured all the video settings all the way up and cranked the resolution to 1600 x 1200 trhough my GeForege Ti 4600 128 MB video card. The 1 Gig of PC1066 RAM and the 2.53 Ghz. computer ran Max PERFECTLY...smooth without any page tearing. The Sound Blaster Audigy brought mew life to the game. I got lost in my little Max PAyne world. Counter Srike played just as well & Soldier of fortune looks simply awesome. the rounded blue IDE cables as well as the three fans blowing on the video card keep airflow high and the temperature low. Six fans all together my freinds...and thier sending two more, complimentry, to install on the side of the case. When the 3 Ghz. precessor and new Geforce video card comes out,. i can trade my current stuff for new. FABULOUS!!!! ANYONE looking for a fantastic computer at a great price should not hesitate at all to give these guys a look-see. Go for it, you'll be amazed"

"I had our company's computer buyer purchase a system for me and the experience was smooth as silk. I looked at systems from Alienware, and Falcon Northwest, but Hypersonic had the best prices for what I wanted. Got an awesome P4 system with a gig of 4200 Rimms, 2 SE Western Dig 80 Gig hard drives in a raid 0 config, and 2 NEC LCD 1700v monitors. All I can say is that this system SMOKES!"

"I purchased my computer in June of 2002. A few days ago (April 10th 2003) my computer wouldnt start my monitor. I called Hypersonic and spoke to a Eli. He was the tech that answered the support phone. He walked me through a few things to try and then told me to send it back to him..overnight it and he will do whatever he needs to in order to fix it. I did just that. I overnighted it at Hypersonics cost on Thursday. I spoke to Eli on Friday to make sure he got it and on Tuesday I received my computer back with a new video card and a few other tweaks. I have to admit that I was fairly upset with the computer not working but the fast no hassle support makes up for it. Thanks to Eli and Hypersonic for great support and a great computer."

"This amazing piece of machinery arrived on my doorstep in May, and I have been virtually unable to tear myself away since. And it's not just the amazing speed, clear graphics, kickin' sound system, and rock solid stability. It's the overall quality such as the Reflexxion paint job ... absolutely perfect. (I got the gunmetal gray one--it's so sweet.) There is not one flaw in the paint. It's smooth, sleek, and shiny. Sometimes I catch myself just staring at the case...looking through the cutout, at the impeccable tie job and the best components out there--drooling...

The service is amazing too. I had to install a proprietary backup system for my engineering work. --I used to own a PC made by one of the competitors, I won't name names, but it starts with Alien and ends with ware.... And after having experienced AW's so-called "customer service/tech support" I was a bit nervous to call Hypersonic. But this system is like my baby, and I didn't want to mess anything up. So, I called tech support, and they were incredibly kind, and skillfully walked me through the process. The backup system wasn't their product, but they were willing to help me out with anything I needed. They answered my call right away, and helped me out in the most professional and friendly manner. I'd have to say it was the best customer service/tech support experience I've ever had.
Hypersonic sells the whole package. It's a smooth, solid PC with only the most premium components. It is the most visually pleasing computer out there-thanks to the custom colors, cutouts, and wicked tie job. And the friendly, efficient, professional reps that they have are outstanding. The only thing this system has failed to do is overheat, crash, or run slowly. If you want a system that does those things, keep surfing.

"I orderd the Cyclone system from Hypersonic-pc.com on may 11 and i got it on the 16th of june. They had some problems with the system and that is y it took so long. So i finaly get my system and guess what it doesnt work :( it wouldnt power on, so i call Tech support and they shipped me a new Power supply with next day air service :) ok so i get my new Powersupply the next day and call Teach Support again so they could tell me how to install it. They walked me through the whole proccess and it took about a hour (im a pc newb) and it wooks ,Yeah. I have a 3d mark score of 10,200 and can run Morrowind with all video options at max at 30fps outdoors :o. Hypersonic-pc showed what they where all about when the problem arrouse and it showed what great service they have."

Well I ordered this PC about 4/15 2002 and was waiting a bit, getting quite annoyed. Finally got it 5/14 2002 and I have to say its amazing! I'm very happy affter all the waiting truly better then I could build I believe no matter what all these tards are saying. Heres my flavor: xp 2100, geforce4 4600 ti, asus avn333mb. 512 pc 2700,coolermaster 201 awesome case, wd 120 SE with 8 meg cache, klipsch 5.1, sb audigy gamer, bought sony 21 inch g520p on my own, plextor cdrw 24/10/40, 16/48 dvd this system is amazing would say go with them if you can stand the wait. Also had a bit of a tough time getting tracking number but all is forgiven once I got this speedster up and running. No way can an average joe build one of these. 2500 without monitor, I bought monitor somewhere in my town just in case at 750including tax still beat most prices online for this sweet monitor. yeah its expensive but I feel it it's worth it.
