"TL;DR: Attempted extortion by the seller and insufficient protection for the part inside the box leading to a damaged part on arrival. Buy this part elsewhere.

I bought the Veloster N wing for my Veloster Turbo 2020.
I initially got a call from the seller that the part would not fit on my car - this is completely false and it fits perfectly. Putting the N wing on a non-N Veloster is a relatively popular mod in the 2nd gen Veloster enthusiast community.

I got a call a few days later that they require an extra $10 to ship me the part (I had already paid them $45 for the shipping) because it's a "really big box and the shipping is more expensive than we realized". He wanted me to give him my credit card number over the phone... I said there was no chance I was going to provide them this over the phone. He offered a few options (ex: buy cheap part and they would refund the difference) but I felt like I was getting scammed so I asked to cancel the order.

He said that I could get a refund but they would need to withhold the 35% restocking fee (about $250). Told him there's no way they can charge me a restocking fee on an item they refuse to ship me for the price I had already paid. He said that the warehouse charges them the restocking fee so there's no way they can avoid it. (as if I cared that the dealership is now on the hook)
He recommended me to check the policy on the website and to call him back with my decision.

The policy on the website states: "A 35% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error." Called him back and said that this was clearly a result of their error (miscalculated shipping costs) so they were not entitled to charge me that restrocking fee. They agreed to waive the extra $10 shipping fee in the end.

Two days later, the part arrived! :)

There is zero padding material in the box. The wing was wrapped in a plastic bag, a thin foam sheet and some tape covering the edges of the part. No styrofoam, bubble wrap or paper for padding anywhere.
Since it was loose in the box, it had moved repeatedly inside during shipping and it dug a hole in the cardboard + the inside layers; the part was damaged in both those places. Just taping it down inside the box would have been sufficient to prevent damage as it wouldn't have moved around. Very disappointed in the packaging.
Luckily my roof is black and I had touch-up paint that I could use to cover up the scuffed edges. One side still has a small piece missing though.

Overall, 2 stars since the price was cheaper than from my local dealership and the part is otherwise functional. The poor score is entirely reflective on my poor experience with the seller along with the insufficient protection for the part inside the box.

However, they actually charged me for both items and said that they will refund me "later", also no mention of shipping the headlight though they claimed it will be shipped today.
