"I finally found my online alternative to big box electronic stores! As most people would be I was quite nervous trying out an unknown online retailer for the first time. So I did what any other internet shopper should do which was jump online to read the reviews, which by the way were nothing but positive. Armed with that info I decided to pull the trigger and order my Sony HD Camcorder which was $250 cheaper than any other online retailer with the aded bonus of free shipping. The website was smooth and easy to manuever and the order placed. After politely declining the expected sales upgrade pitch the day after submitting my order I promptly received an email confirmation informing me the order had shipped. To my delght the camcorder was received 3 days later! Highly recommend this online retailer as I will without a doubt be a repeat customer! "

I opted to skip their battery and sure enough, the camera box came without battery, although the manual referenced the battery first thing. The day after I posted this review, I received a phone call from customer service. They apologized for the "misunderstanding". I cleared up with him that it certainly wasn't a misunderstanding. He was very concerned about the negative review, and wanted to address the situation with me. The remedy that he offered me wasn't contingent upon me changing my review, but it was certainly discussed that I would change the review. I was offered the camera pack that I had originally understood that they were offering, plus a somewhat insulting monetary incentive to make me happy. Ultimately, we did agree on a deal that made me happy. I was told that shipping would be expedited. However, it did take 5 days for the package to arrive. Not too bad I suppose, but certainly not what I would call expedited, not when Amazon is shipping (delivered) within 1-2 days. Overall, I am now very satisfied with the product and the price. I cannot give a 5 star rating based on the overall experience, but I will say that if you can get past the fact that the deal advertised isn't necessarily the deal that you'll get, the subsequent experience makes it worthwhile.

I called to purchase a Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18-135mm kit. The price on the website was $694. I specifically called to place the order rather than placing it online, as I had read reviews that they call you to "verify" the order and attempt to upsell you, and I wanted to save the time. I told the rep on the phone that I did not want to be upsold, but that I just wanted the camera as advertised. He told me that was fine, and kept me on hold for about 15 minutes. He then came back and said to me "I understand that you don't want to be upsold, but I want to make sure that you're aware that the camera doesn't come with a battery or a charger". I told him that they were misrepresenting and false advertising, and he told me that it was specified on the website. I've reviewed the website and I see no such mention. This vendor is not to be trusted and I recommend that the consumer does not believe in any "good deals" that this vendor is advertising."

"I purchased a TV from their website on 10/1/12. After a few days I received a phone call from someone to "verify" my order. During this 20 minute phone call I was given about 15 different sales pitches and had to explain over and over that I didn't want any accessories or warranties. I simply wanted the television. After an exhausting conversation I was told "Ok, we will get this shipped out for you." I waited for nearly two weeks before contacting them again because my order was still shown as pending on the website. I tried calling and email no less than 10 times, and never received a reply. I couldn't even cancel my order because no one would talk to me! I finally spoke with my credit card company and they assured me that they were outside of the window that they were allowed to charge my card, so I moved on and purchased from a more reputable company. This was the worst online buying experience of my life, and I shop online very frequently. I would NEVER buy from this website again, nor would I allow anyone that I know to do so. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these folks!!"
