"Great service and a super great price. I have to admit that I thought I'd been ripped off after I read some if these reviews. I called the morning after I placed my order to voice my concerns and possibly cancel my order, however, after speaking to Jason my mind was put to ease. He even expedited the shipping of my brand new 60D!!!!!!!
bottom line, If you have any concerns about placing your order online just call during business hours beforehand and somebody will take care of you.

"I was very pleased to receive a phone call when my payment didn't go through so I could correct it and make the order work. (It was my error)
The ibuysonline.com representative was very helpful and i felt as if i was actually talking with another human being, unlike other customer services where you speak to a human hired for their voice box and handed a script to read to you for any situation.

In all this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with customer service and the company it represents.
I almost NEVER give a 5/5 review for anything because there's always something that was "imperfect", but I am actually 5/5 satisfied!

"I am extreamly pleased with Ibuysonline and would highly recommend them. I needed help and had to call and had a young man named Zach who was very helpful. I was buying a camera for my Grandaughter in college and had it shipped to her appartment. The camera had to be signed for and she kept missing UPS because of her schedule and Ibuys called to let me know.She now has her camera and is a very happy young lady. "

I placed an order on January 27th for a plasma TV model samsung PM64D7000. Ibuysonline called me to confirm order and to sell me expedited shipping . They told me if i payed the extra shipping i could have the T.V by Super Bowl weekend Febuary 5 2012. I said no i will wait. I just want the free shipping. Ibuysonline replied well you will receive the T.V in 7-14 business days. I waited three weeks and gave them another call. They told me the T.V was out of stock. I said how could it be out of stock if you told me i would receive in 7- 14 days and it also says on your website instock. He didn't know how to answer. Ibuysonline said we should have another shippment in a month. A month later they cancelled my order saying they could not get the T.V. There website still says instock and it has for several months. They made me wait for something that was not in stock or they sold the T.V's to the people that payed the extra shipping!!

"This was my first time buying from Ibuysonline.com and I was very happy with the price of the Sharp LC-70LE735U I bought. I paid extra for freight shipping and it arrived a little late, but it was not Ibuysonline.com fault.

Nonetheless, It arrived in perfect shape and the delivery guys brought it right into my house and took it out of the box for me as promised and worked perfectly.

I would buy from them again.

"I bought a Canon DSLR, they sold it to me at an extremely reasonable rate. When I called to verify payment they offered to upgrade my shipping to 2-4 days instead of the standard 7-10 for free! Very helpful and generous. I will shopping here again."

"Ibuysonline Rocks!!!
Not only did I get the best price after having checked the internet for days for a TV and blue ray, but the customer service representatives were great, always eager to answer your questions, ready to help. I ordered a 65 ich tv Panasonic from them and I am buying a 50 inch this week.
What I liked the most was the fact that the guy I spoke with on the phone threw in 2 1.3 HDMI cables for almost free and gave me the best deal on a Panasonic blue ray. In all I paid $2799 for
A tv worth 3000,
A 3-year warranty worth 350,
A blue ray worth 160 and 2 Nikura cables sold on the net for $69 each. So I saved almost 800 dollars and the service was great.
I would recommend that anyone try that site.

"This is likely the cheapest seller you'll find, and the shipping and handling may be free. You get a quality product, no problems whatsoever. The problem is, they'll call a few days after ordering with "promotional" offers for warranties and accessories. They'll sweet-talk you, but DON'T LISTEN. I ended up buying a memory card and battery for about 4 times the normal price. They're tricky! Stand your ground and stick to what you ordered. Buy the extras somewhere else."

"I ordered a Canon Rebel T2i from Ibuysonline seemingly due to their extremely low price for the camera body plus lens ($529). After I placed my order, I get a call from them informing me that my camera will be sent to me WITHOUT a battery or a charger and offering me a "deal" to buy an addition to my order of these items for around $130. This is absurd. Never in my life have I known a digital camera to be sold without a battery or charger and not only that, these items from ibuysonline were extremely overpriced and would have brought the grand total of my purchase to be $660 - NOT the lowest price you can find on the internet for the whole package. Also, even though this product was marked "available" on the website when I ordered it, I found later that my order was marked "pending" and when I called them to find out why my order hasn't been shipped yet, I get some story blaming this on their distributor saying that they sold out. Okay, then WHY does it still say available on the website?? On any other retailer they would be honest and list the item as temporarily out of stock. Overall I find ibuysonline to be extremely misleading, scammy and too much trouble for what it's worth. They told me that they would have ended up restocking the camera about a month later. So now I need to order a battery and wait a month? No thanks. It should not be this hard to buy a camera online. I cancelled my order and am never coming back."

"I placed an order for a Nikon 55-300mm lens about a month ago. A sales representative gave me a call about an hour later asking if I wanted to add some extras to the lens. I declined. About a week later I called to find out when they were going to ship the lens. They said it was backordered. I said, thats fine, Ill just wait until its in stock again. They said 3 weeks, the 31st. I called them on the 1st and they said they werent going to be able to get them in stock and my order was canceled. I am going to report them to the BBB. This company is conducting themselves in a manner that is fraudulent, based on the reviews of the other people on this site. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Buyer-Beware! It is hard to believe that so many folks have had such good experiences with Ibuysonline.com! When I checked this website the rating for this company was considerably lower. My experience, unfortunately, was not so good. Indeed, they lead the way in the latest sham by offering a good price (in my case on a Canon T3i) and then delaying your order by calling you to confirm something about your credit card. They will not take an email or other correspondence, but rather want to talk with you in person and will hold up your order until you talk. When you do finally connect up, they will proceed to pressure sell you additional items implying that if you don't purchase them, you will be further delayed. My discussions with Zack and Will degenerated after I indicated that I did not want to buy additional memory cards, warranty, UV lens covers, etc. After checking their prices on these extras, they were very expensive compared to other stores substantially exceeding the MSRP. In the end, I requested that they either remove these items from my order or cancel it and just send the original camera order. They cancelled the whole order and never sent the camera. To their credit, Zack and Will were polished sales people and they never became rude in our interactions. I'm disappointed in the transaction and only warn of the sham that is increasingly appearing for online purchases."

"Was told 5 different stories in 2 weeks about when my $2,215 TV would arrive. Eventually was told it would take 6 weeks total, at least, despite the website saying 9 days. Got no updates, had to constantly follow up with them just to get bad news. "
