"I purchased a new Yamaha receiver from ibuysonline.com last week. My status showed "awaiting payment" for a day or so. I then found some of the not-so-positive reviews, and I second guessed my judgement in ordering from a lesser known retailer.

My worries were for naught.

When I called, I got a real person on the phone, and he pushed my order through immediately. I had chosen the free shipping option, but the representative offered UPS shipping for an additional charge. I indicated that I really didn't need to go UPS, and that I didn't want to spend the extra cash. But, he upgraded me anyway for a very good price ($0) so that I would have a tracking number and more careful handling.

I received my Yamaha in just a couple of days, and the unit was in perfect condition. Considering the EXCELLENT price, and the friendly customer service, I'd definitely order from ibuysonline.com again.

My only suggestion would be to double-box. Though my receiver was perfect, the Yamaha box had a hole in it when it got here.
