I got the feeling that They were not going to give me the TV for the price they advertised. There intention was to make a killing on all the extras and when I said no they waited for over a month and then cancel my order. I turned around and got the same TV from Sears at almost the same price. This place is a joke!!"
"Really great price on my TV. They were quick and fast, I ordered my TV on Friday, got it Wednesday. They called to confirm my order, make sure I had everything I needed and were quick to respond if I had any questions later down the road.
They will try to sell you on a warranty and to use their freight shipping partner (instead of UPS), but that just about every place you purchase electronics now a days. However, they gave me a great deal on both and I couldn't pass it up.
To get the same TV at the big box store, I would still be paying more than the price + 3 yr warranty from IBuysOnline."

"I purchased a 55" Panasonic Plasma TV and I was so nervous about this purchase. I wasn't worried about the quality of the TV, I was worried about shipping the TV from NY to TX and keeping it in an upright postion. I talked with Zack and he reassured me I would have no problems as we elected to upgrade the shipping to personal truck (I think this is what they called it) We made the deal and Zack set the wheels in motion. I learned the TV was shipped from KY which does not matter to me and was put on a truck. After 4 days I tracked the shipment and said they would deliver the next day. I called the next day and discovered the trucking company shipped it to Albuquerque by mistake, it took a couple more days to end up here. The company called and scheduled a time, they brought it into my house, helped my wife unbox it and plugged it in, the blue screen came on and away he went. Ibuysonline, did everything they said they would do, it certainly wasn't there fault the TV was incorrectly shipped to NM. The TV was exactly as described, save me over $500 compared to buying it locally. I think the trucking company did a good job of shipping the TV properly and upright, half way across the nation even with the detour. I would highly recommend Ibuysonline with upgraded shipping ($139) I will buy from them in the future. I will tell you they must really be busy as sometimes they are a little hard to contact via the telephone but everytime I did talk to someone, they were extremely helpful. "
"Of the "cheapest you can get" sites, most of whom are quite questionable and some down right scarey, and based on reviews here and elsewhere, I decided to "take my chances" with iBuys Online and ordered a Canon T3i w/18-135mm lens for $882, $100-200 less than better known or higher rated companies like Amazon and B&H.
Based on the reviews here re. up selling during the "verification" call, I pre-empted this tactic by first entering the following note in their customer order instructions: "NO UP-SELL CALLS! I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M GETTING... a camera body and 18-135 lens, which includes OEM Canon charger and battery (that lasts hours longer than the up-sell claim of 30 min). I already have UV filter and class 10 32 GB HCSD card. I DO NOT want an extended warranty, nor ANY hidden/shipping/processing charges ADDED to the total shown right now of $882.00. Any up-sell call or added charges will result in a negative review rating. Thank you."
Second, I called THEM first to do the verification. LOL... it worked! No up sell and even though they said standard shipping (free with the order) would take 7 - 10 business days and if that was OK with me (yes), it was shipped via UPS from NY to SE TN on Monday afternoon and arrived Wed. evening... that's 2 freakin' days!
Their customer service rep was courteous and friendly and did not alter the price with any added or hidden charges, nor say the item was on back order, etc. Within an hour of my call, I recv'd order status emails, the last saying the camera was out their door. What I recv'd was not a gray market, refurb, or returned item. It was brand spankin' new.
Because of the good and speedy experience, I give iBuys Online high recommendations and will most likely shop there again.
