"I ordered a wig $139.00. I entered my current address for delivery. But I guess if you pay with paypal it uses the address they have. So they sent it to my old address i haven’t lived at in years. After no luck trying to contact them because i never saw my purchase info online & had no tracking info. I reached out through paypal and immediately got a response. After i finally got my tracking number & saw it was being sent to the wrong address i contacted fed ex who told me only the sender can change the address. I let them know &the refused telling me the package has to be signed so it will be sent back to them. well it was delivered & now i don’t have my package. i still can’t login online to see my order. They lied telling me the delivery was sent out and it wasn’t. They could have told fed ex cancel the delivery but they sent it anyway knowing i wouldn’t be able to get it."

"Please don’t buy their wigs. I ordered two wigs and neither one look like the picture. I tried to return one of them; however, the return policy makes it so difficult to return. Therefore, I kept them and donated to the Goodwill.. maybe someone can use them for Halloween. I don’t know how you all are still in business ripping consumers off."

What I ordered (pixie cut short wig) and what I got are nothing alike. I received a mass of hair on a cap, no shape or form to the hair whatsoever, plus a distinct part in the wig which was not in the style I purchased. The wig was returned, I did get a credit with shipping costs deducted, although I should have gotten a full refund since they sent a useless product not like what they advertise. I wish I had searched for reviews before I ordered but lesson learned, never again will I order from Idefine!"
