"I saw this wig online and decided to order it. This is my first time ordering from this company. I received the wig today March 13th as soon as I looked I at I immediately I knew they sent me a different one from what I ordered. I called the company git no one they called me back and told me I need to take 3 pics of the wig and tell them what I don't like about it. There was a language barrier also. I took the pics and send emails and no response at all. I am nit keeping those mess. I don't know why they feel like they should ignore people after taking their money. Also when you order, you will get a PayPal receipt, but no confirmation from IDefine as well as no order number or shipping confirmation. You will never get a live person on the customer service line they provided. I am reporting them to the BBB."
"I purchased a wig that looked nothing like the picture. The model was wearing a very pretty big loose curl wig. What I got was a bushy afro looking wig which looks like a wanna be wet and wavy texture when wet. The color was #2, not anything close to black. The hair was brittle and shedding straight out of the box. Not soft and silky like advertised. I wish I had done my research before I ordered it. I read the reviews on their website but I don't feel that any of those reviews are from real customers. I tried leaving a review on their website and it would not take it. The package took 2 weeks to receive it and it came with no invoice, no receipt, no return label. You have been warned. Don't be their next sucka!!!!"
