"I ordered 6 of the same item on October 7. on the 15th I received email notice that the item was backordered. The same day I also received email saying the order shipped. Two days later I received 1 of the item. On the 30th I tried to contect customer support. The phone service is rigged so that no calls are accepted. Investigating online, I see that my order is listed as shipped and completed. Much, much less than satisfactory!"
"Ordered 3 items, never told that all 3 were on backorder until I finally received an email response saying they were (this was after several phone calls with no call back and severl emails). Eventually received 2 of the 3 items and was told 3rd item was shipped out. Waiting almost two weeks and still nothing. Horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service. Why have a telephone and answering machine if you don't call your customers back or take forever to reply to emails? I wonder how many of these reviewers who left good feedback are actual customers, especially the person that said she spoke to a representative. Stay away from imedmart.com."

Dropped one of the items I ordered without notification. No adjustment to the shipping charge. To be effective, the item I ordered was to be taken with the product that was dropped from my order. Now I have to drive around town to get the co-supplement I need.
Customer service said "sorry"! She doesn't know why I did'nt receive an "out of stock" notification or why the website didn't state "out of stock".

This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with.
I placed my online order on 10/14/2008 and after a week I heard nothing from them. I checked my online status of the order and it said “approved/in processing.” I sent them an e-mail saying I was not pleased a week had passed since my order was placed and nothing has been done with it. I also informed them I belong to a health/illness support group of 4000 members (they use lots of supplements) and I could send a lot of business their way, but their service would need to improve before I would consider doing this. I asked since they have done nothing with my order, to elevate my shipping to 2nd day air at their expense as some of my order was needed in a few days. I also asked them to respond to my e-mail.
By the next day, my order was still “approved/in processing” status and nothing has been done and they did not respond to my e-mail from the day before. I then called them a the number on their website ***-***-****) and you don’t get to talk to a human, but instead you get a message, they tell you to e-mail them as their response will be faster. I left a voice message again telling them I was not pleased with the slow service and asked them to elevate my shipping to overnight at their expense and to call me back.
Again, by the next day they did not respond to my first e-mail nor did they respond to my phone message. However, I received an e-mail from them saying my order was partially shipped, but they did not mention what was shipped, what wasn’t, nor the method of shipping. So I sent them another e-mail asking what was shipped, what wasn’t. Again they did not respond to any of my messages to them.
I tell all of my group members to never buy from an Internet unless the seller has a phone number listed also just in case something goes wrong you can call and speak to a human. But, I found out that imedmart.com’s phone number is completely useless, as it is just a message referring you to e-mail them of which they don’t answer their e-mails nor respond to them.
Obviously, if there is a problem with an order placed with imedmart.com, they will not respond, there will be NO communication from them. I have a serious health problem and needed a few items I ordered quickly, I left 10 days from the date of order for them to arrive as when I order from iHerb.com or Vitacost.com, they always arrive in less than 7 days.
Anyone ordering from this company and has a problem, you won’t get it resolved, you won’t get your e-mails or phone messages answered, they simply will ignore you... I am talking about this here to WARN others not to use this company as they will not respond at all to you.... I am also going to send this message to my 4000 support group members warning them not to buy from this company as I wrote to them when I placed my order telling them this might be a good company for us to do business with, but to wait and see how my initial order went... If this company isn’t concerned I am going to tell my support group of 4000 members that they have terrible customer service, then clearly anyone with a problem after placing an order with them will not get anything resolved as you are just 1 person!
I hope my warning comes through loud and clear and I save someone the trouble of having to deal with this non caring company.

"IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE A LONG WAITING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER, THEN THIS IS YOUR STORE. I ordered something that apparently was out of stock. I read the policy and FAQ. That they restock usually in about a week. I emailed them to replace the item so there is less waiting time. It took about about 3 weeks to get my order for the first part of my order and almost 2 months for the 2nd. Tried emailing about my 2nd order, there was no response once again. Though they have good prices but I would NEVER buy from them again."
