"I have mixed feelings about this company. Here are the positives:
* Least expensive out of all the supplement companies that I found online...although Amazon was a very close second.
* All of the supplements that I ordered arrived as promised.
Here are the negatives:
* I placed my order on 11/6/10. The products weren't even shipped until 11/11/10 and they didn't arrive at my house (in the continental US) until 11/19/10.
* The customer service number might as well be non-existent because no one ever answers the phone.
* After emailing the company about my displeasure of the extremely LOOOOONG shipping time, they simply responded with a tracking number.
* Customer service is awful.
In summary: if long wait times & awful customer service irritate you, DON'T order from this company! On the other hand, if you can deal with an extraordinarily long wait time and you don't care about customer service, then I'd suggest ordering from this company because their prices are very low.
Personally, I don't plan on ordering from ImedMart ever again and I'd recommend ordering from Amazon."

"Where do I begin? I am very unhappy with my purchase from imedmart. I ordered online. My order consisted of 3 16 oz bottles of oils, willow bark and camphor oil. When I received the order 2 of the items were missing. All I got was the 3 larger bottles of oil. I went online and they completely changed my order. It was as if I never put the willow bark and camphor oil on there. I wasn't charged for them but I wasn't notified before they shipped them. So, I tried to call them several times on many different days and I got a recording that said the current wait time was too long. It said I need to request a call or email back. I emailed them and it took over a week to get a response. They told me the two items are not available so they just took them off the order. One of them they can't ship within Cali! They ship from Cali and I live in NY, so that doesn't make any sense. Why do they even sell it? I looked on their website and both the items they claim they don't have are still on there. I am very upset because I would have canceled my order if I had known of the change. They probably anticipated that so they just shipped it without telling me. I am still waiting for the callback I requested and still have a lot of questions I doubt they will answer. They probably just see this order as a done deal. I would return my shipment but they charge a 10% restocking fee. I DO NOT recommend ordering from imedmart. Go elsewhere, possibly thecatalog.com. They have comparable prices and a lot of the same products.
UPDATE: Check out the email I received from imedmart after they saw this review. By the way they still haven't given me a logical answer the my question and the completely ignored my last email.

"This has got to be one of the worst sites out to date. They have horrible customer service(unless you count recordings as customer service), and they half shipped after charging for full price of order. They clearly need to get on the ball and change their business model up to involve some real thinking in their business. I am reversing charges today and rejecting the package when it shows up just so they eat the cost of shipping, maybe if more people did this they would wake up. I am a local too, so why would they want me showing up in person? Please contact me if you would like to resolve this without it costing you more.

Unfortunately this proves how much your staff knows about the product. This particular ISS Research product is an AM/PM product. This means it has a dosing for the morning, and a dosing for the evening. 30x2 = one month's supply am and pm. I will never buy from your company again, but I suggest you avoid this issue in the future by learning the product. Thank you."

"My order took 7 days to be delivered to my place, but they had already said that in their web sites that some orders might take longer to be delivered since they ship from manufacturer not their warehouse.
Their price was cheapest for what I was looking for and my experience shopping from them was totally acceptable for me.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Takes more than a week to ship (at least, because I NEVER received my order after 11 days and counting) and it's impossible to talk to a live customer service representative. I ordered two items, got an e-mail confirmation of the order but I never received it. After 5 days of waiting, I e-mailed twice to ask whether they shipped the item yet. No reply at all. After a week of waiting, I e-mailed them that I wanted to cancel the order if they cannot ship it within the week. Still no reply. I tried calling the two phone numbers listed in their website several times over the course of three days but I NEVER got through to a live person; only voice recordings directing me to go to their site and send an e-mail. I also followed the online cancellation procedure and got a confirmation e-mail. The next day, they told me that my order was shipped. However, when I checked my account, it says that only one item had shipped. Yet I was charged for the two items! I sent another e-mail to complain about it, and all I got were these words: "order captured 21.4400" (the cost of one item). I have two items ordered, can't they at least tell me what's going on with the other item? Are they going to give me my money back? I still don't know because they never tell me and it's impossible to actually TALK to these people.
I've been ordering stuff online for a long time and the longest I had to wait for the "Your order has been shipped" e-mail was TWO DAYS. Once I had a back-order, but I was informed about it two days after placing the order and I got the item a week later. There are better stores out there, people; stay away from this one!"

"Good shipping, and all the items I had asked for (protein bar, Creatine and multi vitamin) were just as ordered. I was pleasantly surprised, given that the prices were so low.
It took a little bit longer and when I called them to ask for the reason, they told me since they ship from manufacturer, sometime it would take up to 8 or 9 days for orders to be delivered to the customer providing the fact that their price was really cheaper than other placed on line.
I didn't have other user's problem of not being in stock fortunately.
