On 11/29 I checked my order and found it still 'processing', but no tracking number or any other information on my order. I emailed a query--what has happened to my order. No reply. I checked order on 12/2/10 to find it had been voided! I emailed and asked for email and phone call back, since the order is voided I asked for a refund to my credit card. No reply. It is impossible to talk to a person at any of the phone numbers--they refer you to a contact form on the website which they then ignore. I finally got an email saying the manufacturer had discontinued the product, even though I then went and found the product in several other stores. I DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE."
