"They got my stuff out to me rather quickly and they sent me the stuff I needed. I did custom make something work from a newer bike and they didn't call to make sure I hadn't ordered the wrong part. That is something they should consider but not a big deal. Didn't have to send anything back so I don't know how their customer service is."

"Ordered a Yoshimura RS-4 exhaust from Indysuperbikes, when Titanium can was not available they contacted me and let me know the full details and gave me the option of waiting for the Titanium or downgrading to Stainless or upgrading to Carbon. I changed my order and there was a small mixup about amount, however when contacted the problem was rectified the next day.
Processing of my order was fast and I am completely satisfied with the service and products provided by Indysuperbikes, I have no qualms in recommending them to my friends.
