"The costumer service I received from Indy Superbike was superb. I ordered my parts on May 10th and it was processed and shipped quickly with a delivery on May 14. Unfortunately the package was stolen off my front porch. I reported this problem to Indy Superbike and a claim was promptly filed with UPS. UPS began dragging thier feet with the investigation and I actually found out that about 5 days after the claim was filed they hadnt even started a missing/stolen package report yet. I contacted costumer service at Indy Superbike to report the problems with UPS, and they had informed me that Indy Superbike had already shipped a replacement part and was suppose to be delivered the next day.
