Restocking fee is high so make sure you know exactly what you want before ordering. If you are unsure about the size or fitting of say...protective gear TRY IT ON LOCALLY (they recommend this on there site also) or spend a bit more and buy from a place that has that has easier exchange policies. With their reduced profit margins as compared to everyone else, their restocking fee is understandable. All in all, I would definately buy again from here. I would just make sure I really really want something and/or know it will fit before ordering."

"Great service! I ordered on a Thursday night, after closing time, and my parts shipped on Monday. I emailed them about when they were shipping out, and got a response within 30 minutes. Prices were great, and the parts came packaged very well. I will definitely be ordering from IndySuperbikes.com again, and would recommend them to anyone needing parts quickly!

"I used IndySuperbikes because they had nearly everything I wanted, and I ordered about $650 worth of merchandise. They denied my card because the address was wrong, so I fixed it. Then they denied my card for another problem, I fixed it. Then they denied my card a third time, I reviewed all my information and it was OK. I tried it a fourth time and they denied it. I then asked my wife to use her card since it was linked to the same account. Her card went through just fine. Then she looked at our online report from our bank. IndySuperbikes actually charged me every time it told me my card was denied. With 4 attempted purchases and 1 good purchase, this added up to over $3,000. This depleted my checking account, and then overdrafted me and depleted my savings account, not to mention the $35 overdraft fee associated with each overdraft. It took them 9 days to get my money back to me. During which time, my wife and daughter were left with literally no money to buy food or gas. When my wife called them they made no attempt to fix the problem. They said to just wait it out and it will "fix itself". It's not easy to have no money for 9 days waiting for a problem to "fix itself". Needless to say, this is the first and LAST time I will use IndySuperbikes. I posted a thread on a motorcycle forum I frequent expressing my dissatisfaction and I am sure many of those members will not use IndySuperBikes either."
