The check out process is smooth except for the fact that it didnt calculate the shipping cost for my location correctly. Subsequently I recieved an email a few hours later requesting a little more money to cover shipping. I found this very annoying but found it easy to overlook since the deal on the product I got was so good. Overall I give this company a B+. They'll get an A if they straighten out their shipping calculator issue."

"I ordered a Pit Bull front stand for my R6. The website did not list the correct pin as one of the options in the drop down. I emailed Indy with my dilemma and they said to place the order and they'll take care of it on their end. Communications were very fast! A week later, my order arrived with the correct pin. Great service"
"Contacted Indy Superbikes originaly from a purchase from them off Ebay. It turned out that the item listed (which was discontinued by the Manufacture) was no longer in stock and the item was listed in error. I knew the item had been discontinued and was in search of anyone who might still have it. When I contacted Chris & Indy Superbikes he appologized for the error and proceeded to offer me a deal I could not refuse on a similar item from another manufacture.
Inventory errors happen, they are a fact of business. I am very pleased that Chris went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I will certainly look to Indy Superbikes when I purchase more parts for my bike."

"Indysuperbikes has really cheap prices, however the shipping takes absolutely forever. Here is some advice, instead of having items shipped from your warehouse, then to you, then to the customer. Don't. SKip the middle man, which is you. SHip from the warehouse directly to the customer. It saves so much more time. I was under the impression my sprockets would be here within a week, not within 3 weeks. The people I talked to on the phone were very nice though, just don't be so cheap and stingy with shipping. I payed 15 bucks or so for shipping, which isn't cheap. You should respect me as the customer by getting things to me promptly, especially if I'm paying that much for shipping. "

"I am very displeased and disgusted at how this company handles business. I legitimately feel like I have been screwed over more than once by Indy Superbikes. I ordered an HJC helmet from this company's website, getting a call the next day saying that the product I ordered was discontinued and that they don't carry it anymore. How can you post a product on a website, saying it's available when you don't even carry it!? Then, there was some confusion on the phone. I was under the impression that only the color I ordered was discontinued, and that I was receiving the same graphic in a different color. I get the package a few days later and it was nothing close to what I ordered. The salesperson said that the graphic I ordered and the graphic he sent were very similar when honestly, they weren't even close. I still believe that the salesperson told me I was receiving the same graphic in a different color, but he insists that I said differently on the phone. So, I sent the helmet back, paying an extra $10 in shipping and an $8 restocking fee for something that was THEIR fault. I then ordered a different helmet, expecting to get my original order refunded. I received the new helmet and everything is fine until I get another call saying that the helmet I sent back was scratched up and that I have to file a claim with the shipping company and that they are not going to refund my money. Granted I forgot to put the helmet back in the nylon bag it came with, but I have a very hard time believing that the cardboard box it came in scratched the helmet up so bad that it is not in resaleable condition. And I also do not buy that the company can't polish the helmet as they mentioned on the phone and not refund my money back. So at this point, I am done with this company and am out over $200 on a product that cost only $80. They are not customer friendly at all and only care about making a profit any way they can, even if it means screwing their customers over."
