"Took more than 3 weeks to arrive and then only after much communication.
wrong colour - white not black
Has intermittent fault that reboots machine about once/week. suspect board, memory or processor - occurs with 2 different operating systems 2000pro and ubuntu, have screen capture info
they are not answering my email (2 days) or my phone calls. Suspect authentic favorable reviews are rare."
"I ordered a motherboard combo and thermal compound from this firm. Did not receive the thermal compound and the order took 1 week to arrive after shipping and I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping. I found out later that 2 to 3 day shipping means their turn around time in house, not shipping method. When I received the package it had not even come from Infinity Systems Plus, it had been shipped from MA Laboratories in CA. Called about not recieving the thermal compound and they would not take my information over the phone, was told to email them by a rather rude man who spoke very poor english. I knew I had made a mistake ordering from them at this point. I emailed the information but 3 weeks later I have not hear a word from them(not surprizing to me). Now the motherboard I ordered has a problem . I called them and was on hold 30 min; then I was told to leave a message but I could not because the voicemail system was full. I had to contact the board manufacturer to get an RMA to return it to them.
DO NOT purchase from this firm. Once they have your money they could care less about you. "
"I ordered a motherboard/CPU combo with 2 gigs of ram. the notice said the shipping would be 5-7 days. Today is day 10 and I cannot get a hold of anybody at the company. I've tried calling, but their lines are currently busy with helping other users. So I decided to leave a message. Well the mail box is full so I can't even leave a message. I have no way to get a hold of them and they have the product and my money."
"I have been defrauded by this company. I sent my motherboard/processor/video card in under rma#73429-R on 4/13/2006 after waiting over a month to receive a RMA so I could actually return the merchandise. They will not respond to my e-mails or phone calls. They will not return my property to me or refund me my money.
I spent almost $600 dollars on this whole deal, and now I have no computer and a brand new monitor(I bought it from Frys!)
I have had rebates get lost and then found and had the check clear faster than this mess.
I could've walked to Florida faster than it took to get a response from these guys.
I have contacted the Attorney Generals for the state of Florida(where pcinfinity.net is located) the state of Texas(where I live) and I have contacted the BBB.
I highly suggest that you contact your states Attorney General as well as Florida's, and the BBB if you have problems with these people.
Also report them to IC3.gov so we can get these guys shut down.
I want to find about starting a class action law suit against these people.

"STAY AWAY from this reseller. Like the other reviewers said, Infinity Systems markets stuff not in stock & when you call to get a status of your order you get the lines, "sorry, we have run out of stock & it will be in a few days. But if you like to upgrade for just another $, we will mail the item today". What a jacking scheme!
Since, I was in a tight corner, I did that. Only to find my card charged the old order and the new order! When I called them to find out, the Indian guy kept on saying "it is all ok, it is void, don't worry, it is void".
And the next day, both orders were then removed from my card. What a mess!!! Called again....and got the Russian guy this time, Alex, and says, "just wait, order shipped, you will get it, all ok". He refused to give me a tracking number all the while repeating "all ok, don't worry".
It is a risk to buy from this place & the customer service is not professional or competent.
I finally got the item after all that hassle
Shop at your own risk!

"DO NOT ORDER! They sell stock they don't have. Insist they have it. Then when you cancel a week later after they haven't shipped they charge you $20. This is FRAUD!"
"I recenly received one of the barbone systems and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Because I am a beginner and I enjoyed the service I received I will definitely continue purchasing from Infinity Systems Plus, Inc."
"I bought my first barebones computer from Infinity Systems about 5 1/2 years ago. Just because of my good experience back then, I decided to get another one despite bad reviews here. I'll log my progress here(note I ordered from pc-infinity.com, their new site):
- Ordered on 3/18/2006 an Athlon 64 3000 socket 939, fan & Biostar TFORCE 6100-939 w/PCI-E + 1GBDDR memory. Total: $370.78.
Okay, I received the barebones system on 3/28/2006. So far so good. I put in my old hard drive, DVD-ROM, and floppy drive and it boots up with no problems.
So far I'm satisfied, but I there are some things to warn buyers about. Infinity Systems didn't send me a confirmation email after order, nor did they send me an email when it was shipped. This made me worried until I received the package today(as quite a surprise). They should definately change this aspect of the ordering process."
"My first experiences with Infinity Systems a few years ago were quite good. I got custom-built PCs for an excellent price. I guess they're under new management now, because my last few experiences with them have been nightmares. I've dealt with everything from bad RAM on systems that I paid extra to be checked before shipping, to getting cheaper components in my systems than I ordered and paid for. When you can get through to customer service, you'd better be able to speak either Russian or Indian, otherwise you'll be hard pressed to understand anyone.
My last straw was a machine that didn't work at all upon arrival. I checked it out and found that 1. They failed to update the BIOS, though I paid for them to do so. I did it myself. 2. They gave me an cheap video card that sold for 50 bucks less than the one I actually ordered and paid for. 3. The video card had a 'known problem' that would not allow the system to boot with video unless I flashed the CMOS. Every time. 4. The USB connectors from the front of the box hadn't been installed properly, leaving the ports disabled.
I informed them of all of this and they did not offer anything other than to replace the card. I had to demand the BIOS refund and they told me to write a note about it and put it in the box with the returned card. They told me to ship the bad card back to them and they'd send another. I had to ask them repeatedly for their UPS number so I wouldn't be charged for shipping. They wanted me to pay for shipping their own mistake back to them.
Avoid these guys. They're not a class act."
"I have purchased many items from this company in the past with few problems, most of which were taken care of with my satisfaction. The last (and I mean VERY LAST)order was a disaster. They advertised a power supply buy one and get one free. Only one shipped. On the same order I ordered a motherboard and cpu with heat sink and fan, I upgraded the heat sink and fan for an additional $17. Upgrade not recieved, I could have bought the unit outright at Tiger Direct for $12.99 (some upgrade huh. I contacted cust support by phone three times to no avail. Sent emails explaining the problem, still no response. Called cust support again, was told they would ship the power supply but that I had recieved the upgrade of the heatsink/fan which is not true. To date I have recieved nothing. This is not a lot of $, but it could be, the whole experience is not good especially with the amount of business I have done with them in the past.It is now march 11 and I am still waiting."
"I purchase a motherboard, CPU, and computer case from Infinity Systems Plus for $198.69 which included "free" shipping. The merchandise was defective upon arrival. Some was even missing. The vendor ignored my e-mails and web form requests for an RMA. So I shipped everything back and contacted my credit card company to hold payment. I then discovered that they charged my credit card for $464.66. After a couple of letters to my credit card company, I finally got the $464.66 reversed, but I'm still out the $19.12 I paid shipping the junk back. This is an unscrupulous vendor. Stay away from Infinity Systems Plus!"
"This company should ba avoided like the plaque! My first computer they shipped was defective. I had to ship it back and was promised a refund of my shipping costs. It is now mid Jan 06 and they have yet to do this. In the rebuild they failed to follow my simple requests or instructions. Their phone lines drop you automatically and the staff that are available on the rare occasion someone picks up the phone are totally incompetent. The prices are good but who wants to spend three months arguing with a company you can't get a hold of. Its just not worth it! Run don't walk from this company, seriously."
"This store is also known as pc-ontime. I am repeating my rating of them here also.
I placed an order for a MSI K8N Neo-V motherboard with a Sempron CPU using pricewatch. After I entered my credit card information, I learned that the motherboard was substituted with a MSI K8MM-V. I called PC-Ontime and informed them that I didn't want the K8MM-V motherboard and wanted to cancel the order. They informed me that they would indeed send me the K8N Neo-V for the same price, so I didn't cancel the order. However, they never updated my receipt with the MSI K8N Neo-V and I never received a delivery date or tracking number. After numerous emails and telephone calls, I still have no information on my order except that they charged my credit card $124.97. I have no idea whether my order was actually shipped, and whether I will receive it or not. I called ***-***-**** at least 5 times and the individual answering always said they would send a tracking number, but this never happened. I also called the pcinfinity.net number, ***-***-****, several times and was always placed on hold for up to 30 mins without speaking to anyone. I sent numerous emails to both ****@**** and PC-OnTime.com that have gone unanswered. At this point, I'm ready to cancel the order, but I'm unsure that my cancel request will actually be acknowledged. "
"We purchased a harddrive online from this company and on 1/10/06 the harddrive crackled, sparked, smoked and stop working. I notified the company right away and could not understand the customer service representative and asked to speak to someone that spoke English, he then told me that his supervisor would call me back within an hour. I never heard anything from the supervisor and about 3 hours later tried to call back. The customer service line would state that all representatives are currently helping other customers and eventually it was like someone picked up the phone and hung it up because I would get a busy signal. On 1/12/05 I called back, it seems that you can get through easier in the a.m. When I called back CS said that a supervisor would call me back within 1/2 hour, 1 1/2 hours later I call back, the supervisor answered the phone, I explained to him what I had been going through, stated that I was leary about sending back the computer that I wasn't sure that we would get it back, then I went on to tell the supervisor how poor their customer service was and he hung up on me. How's that for customer service. In the future I will not purchase anything else from this company. "
"Really bad service, ABSOLUTELY no way to get ahold of them. I tried to call, e-mail, beg... nothing worked. So they get a big fat F for a grade. I never got my stuff either. Only 1 part of the order."
