"I ordered a 2.2G Atholon XP system w/OS. Received the system one week later. Unfortunately, the system that was sent did not come with the OS at all, let alone installed. I had ordered the system with a seperate ethernet card and sound card to avoid using the onboard option. I received neither of these installed on in packing.
I called tech support and customer service and left messages. Tech support called the next business day and agreed that it was their error. I asked to have a copy of XP sent to me and be credited the amount for the cards that I did not receive.
I didn't hear anything for the next several days (expecting a tracking number like I received for the original system). I left at least 4 messages with customer service, NONE of them were returned.
Finally, in desperation (almost a week after receiving the system) I called their sales line and actually talked to a real person. He confirmed that no OS had been shipped. He assured me that they would ship it out that day. I told him I would be calling back for the tracking number that afternoon, and thought they should send it ups red or blue. The sent it out that night ups ground.
I received the OS 3 weeks after my original order. I was told that it will take a month to have my credit card reimbursed for what I never received.
The price for the system was good, tech support was helpful. I had an issue while I was installing the OS and got an answer to the issue (XP needs the patches-as soon as I downloaded them the issue went away).
My complaints are that it took 2 weeks for them to send the operating system and it is 4 weeks running with the issue of being charged for something I never received still not resolved. How is it that the customer service department couldn't return ANY of my calls?

"Received the unit a week after placing the order, very fast delivery. A few minor problems, no sound in CD drive, but figured out that the sound cable not hooked to the motherboard, the case misses one rubber foot, emailed them and they sent wrong one, I'll not ask them again due to the hassles involved (my friend is a tech and can get it otherwise). Originally installed with Win 98 and crashed constantly, later finding out Win 98 is not suited for later, faster AMD CPUs, had this resolved by switching to Win XP, so far, it's running OK.
Based on the price and the product/service received so far, I'd rate the seller above average, but definitely not one of the best."

"I'm extremely disappointed with my Infinity Systems Plus, Inc. notebook. First-they shipped me the wrong laptop and upon FINALLY getting ahold of Customer Care (they obviously do not hold to their hours) they assured me that I had simply been shipped an "upgrade." However, I was not notified of this upgrade. How did they know that I would even want this completely different notebook? Secondly, this notebook was shipped to me completely blank--no operating system--nothing. I had to contact Customer Care AGAIN, so that they could ship out a WindowsXP disc for me to install on the notebook myself. Keep in mind that I had paid for it to be pre-installed, but ended up eventually installing it myself. Lastly, it has been about a month and the mouse on my laptop has already broken. I have used this laptop... maybe three times since I have had it. I've been using my old desktop (which I much prefer) instead. After the mouse broke, I contacted Technical Support, who bumbled their way through a few sentences but were unable to tell me anything other than, "Send it back in and we'll fix it." They told me to contact Customer Care for return policies, but surprise surprise---Customer Care is missing from the office, leaving me with their oh-so-popular answering machine. I understand that it is not their fault when systems break that they order from vendors, but perhaps technical support and customer care should be around during their "business hours" in order to insure customer satisfaction. I'm frustrated beyond belief, and would not recommend this business to anybody. Save yourself a years worth of time and your hard earned money and invest in a Dell, IBM, or HP. I have owned all three and rate them 45354645 times better than my Infinity Systems Plus, Inc. notebook. Customer Care is bound to be better with ANY other company, and hopefully their notebooks hold up better as well. Remember... they may be cheap... but you get what you pay for."

"Order 6 cases. They no longer carried the case I wanted so they sent me a cheaper case that I did not want (without asking me). Received cases on 9/4/2003. Talked to Dima that day, and was told he would send out a return shipping ticket. Waited two weeks and never received pickup ticket.
On 9/23/2003 I talked to Dima again and was told to ship the cases back and I would get a credit for cases and shipping.
Talked to Dima on 10-15-03 was assured I would get my credit in two weeks. $199.23
Talked to Dima on 11/10/2003 was told credit would be applied the following Saturday if not call back Tuesday.
Called back on Tuesday and talked to Alex and was told credit was done on 11/25/2003.
Was credited on 11/25/2003 the amount of $180.00 not the full amount of $199.23.
Alex will no longer answer the phone.
Sent email to customer service on 12/1/2003. Received an email from Justin saying he was sorry and credit would be processed immediately. As of 12/22/2003 no credit and Justin will not answer email.

"They were very quick to get my order to me but unfortunatly the computer had something wrong with it. I spoke w/ technical support and decided it would be best to send it back to be fixed. They recieved the package on 12/8/03. I have sent a few e-mails and have gotten no response so I'm getting a bit worried about the status of my order, but I do understand they are probably busy w this being the holidays. I am just glad this was not a gift to someone because I know It wont be on time for christmas. They have been very pleasant and prompt but seem difficult to get in contact with.
