"terrible company. wouldn't take back product that was merely unrolled onto a table. Said it was used and wouldn't do any kind of refund. No where does it state that the wire only reaches 104 degrees and was useless for my application. After the fact they tell me the temperature of the wire. False advertising and rude customer support telling me the wire was bad because it was tested to see if it worked."
